Alexandra Konovalova - Managing Partner, in company since 2010

Alexandra specializes in project management of accounting systems, optimization and building up business-processes, systems of integrated financial management and implementation of accounting systems (1C, ORACLE, Axapta).


1987г. - the Bonch-Bruevich Leningrad State University of Telecommunications, Automatic Telecommunications Faculty 

1994г. – International Management Institute, St. Petersburg, course of Enterprises Finances

1998г. -  Moscow Institute of Business and Politics,   specialization  – Financial Management.

Professional Experience:

Alexandra is acting in Financing Sphere since 1989. On the beginning of her professional activity she held a position of a Chief Accountant in a trade holding company with 5 regional branches. Alexandra was responsible for establishing and support of tax and financial accounting, elaboration of efficient document control system, organization of work with special economic zones, management of regional branches.

From 1995 to 2003 Alexandra worked as a Financial Director of a Russian company, manufacturing and distributing components for furniture. She used to manage projects on establishing of tax and managerial accounting, implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards and joint managerial accounting system.

Later on she held a position of a Financial Director of the North-Western branch of one of the biggest federal distributors of construction materials.

Key competences: management of financial structure of a branch, organization and support of financial control on corporate standards, budgeting and preparation of financial reports, expertise of projects within implementation of corporate accounting systems. 

Key projects:

  • Elaboration and implementation of accounting system on the base of IFRS
  • Establishing of risk-management system, e.g. credit control  system
  • Elaboration and implementation of data exchange and optimization of document control system while using of factoring agreement for funding a delay of payment (with factoring company NFC)
  • Implementation of a joint corporate ERP system on the base of ORACLE
  • Projects on implementation of IT-systems on the base of 1C (e.g. ERP, Management of Manufacturing plants, Trade, Accounting, Payroll and HR, Management of SME).
