Modernisation seminar
December 17th , 2015, the first international practical seminar “Go Modern!” was held at MOBAHAUS Technopark (St. Petersburg). The seminar was organized by Finnish company Hultin Partners, strategic partner of B A Group company. The main topic was Modernization of Russian Business. The discussion was hot and very intensive thanks to participants from foreign and Russian companies and business-associations.
Swiss, Finnish and German companies’ representatives, working or just planning their business in Russia, like SWISSAM, Oase, Laitex and other gave their opinion about modernization. The speakers shared their experience of work in Russia. From the Russian side the speakers were St. Petersburg CCI, St.-Petersburg Union of Foundrymen, Stockholm School of Economics key-persons.
The participants agreed that modernization has not only technical sense, but also means that a company should be modern and satisfies all modern standards for efficient business running and possibility to stand out against challenges of current business-environment. First of all it is a modern system of management, quality of management, implementation of modern HR-policy and of energy-saving technologies, etc.
Anna Meshkova, Director for Development of B A Group expressed her opinion, that from the point of consulting company modernization means an accurate building-up of business-processes in a company, their transparency, implementation of accounting system of management and its automation , efficient financial management and outsourcing of business-processes.
